P-60 Marine Corps Reserve Center

JBLM Yakima Training Center, Yakima, Washington

The new Marine Corps Reserve Center for B Company 4th Battalion is a  LEED™ Gold Certified design-build project. Project includes several buildings in addition to the Training Center: Combat Vehicle Maintenance Facility, a fueling area and storage buildings.

Buildings have CMU walls and standing-seam metal roofing to match the color scheme of the nearby Armed Forces Reserve Center. The Training Facility includes a drill hall, office space, secure classrooms, storage space, weapons storage area, and locker and shower rooms. New Combat Vehicle Maintenance Facility includes service bays with a bridge crane, storage space, office space, and restrooms.

The LEED™ Plan for the facility includes photovoltaic panels, light colored site paving and walks, and a water retention/filtration feature for storm water.
