As a part of a design-build contract with Tutor Perini, AKS is providing architectural services for the design of a new housing development consisting of 50 new housing units (33) three-bedroom, (12) four-bedroom in (25) duplex configurations at the Nemetz Housing site located on Base Kodiak, AK. Of the (12) four-bedroom units (2) are ADA compliant.
As a part of AKS’s ongoing NOAA IDIQ, we are currently providing design services for the interior and exterior renovation to historic Hangar 32 and the programing of Hangar 33.
As a part of a Design-Build contract, AKS is providing design services for the reroof of Building 449 at Puget Sound Naval Station, Bremerton, WA. In addition, a new metal access stair is being provided, a small maintenance supply storage shed, and permanent metal guardrails around the perimeter of the roof.
AKS currently has an on-going USFS IDIQ for Regions 6 and 10. We have provided services in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska.
As a sub-consultant to AECOM AKS recently provided design services for a renovation to an existing 1985 11,000 SF building in at the ANG Base in Portland, Oregon. The interior renovations will accommodate the personnel and operations for a Special Tactics Squadron Parachute Packing program.
