AKS was selected to design both the 30,000 SF Golf Course Clubhouse and the 8,300 SF Recreation Center. The clubhouse includes, pro shop, dining, private dining, banquet, kitchen, lounge, restrooms, offices, men's and women's locker rooms, card room, storage, and cart storage.  

The Recreation Center is an extremely active family oriented facility that includes, Tennis, Swimming (including Men and Women Locker Rooms, Showers, Steam Rooms, Massage Rooms plus a complete realm of Physical Fitness Training and Workout Areas. The Plateau Recreation Center offers a complete, comprehensive range of specialize instruction and training programs associated with the associated activities.  It also includes a Snack Bar, special supervised Children areas select, limited infant care.
